Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Countries
We currently only ship within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is located within Canada before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery destination and shipping carrier.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Orders shipped via express delivery will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery time may vary based on the destination and availability of the product.

  • Processing Delays: Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to high order volume, special holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be notified.

Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are as follows:

  • Orders totaling between $0.01 CAD and $59.99 CAD will incur a shipping charge of $7.99 CAD.

  • Orders totaling $60 CAD or more will be eligible for free shipping within Canada.

  • The shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total value of your order and the selected shipping method.

Currency
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The price you see is the price you pay, excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping Method
We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure that your order is safely and efficiently delivered. The shipping method chosen at checkout will determine the carrier used, which may include Canada Post, FedEx, or other regional carriers. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You can use this tracking number on the respective carrier’s website to monitor your package's status and delivery progress.

Order Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package from a local depot.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check the shipping address provided during checkout. If there is an error in the address, we may not be able to redirect the shipment. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipping the order to the correct address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, sometimes issues can occur during transit. We will assist you in resolving the situation by working with the carrier to file a claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Business Hours and Holidays
Please note that our shipping department operates during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST). Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns or Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, and the return shipping cost is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Customs and Import Duties
Currently, all our shipments are only within Canada, so import duties or taxes are not applicable. However, if international shipping becomes available in the future, additional customs fees may apply based on the country of delivery.
