We recommend checking the care label on each product. Many of our items use technical or delicate fabrics—hand wash or gentle machine wash is often preferred. Avoid tumble drying unless stated.

3. Are your fabrics sustainable?
Yes. We prioritize recycled, organic, and low-impact materials sourced from certified mills in Italy, France, and Japan. Sustainability is at the core of our design and sourcing process.

4. Where are your products made?
Our garments are ethically produced in France and Portugal, using premium materials mainly from Europe and Japan.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian warehouse.

6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?
